About Fitz Systems

Who we are

Fitz Systems LLC is a software company registered in Arizona and based in Cave Creek. We design and ship our products end to end: the mobile apps, the desktop companions, the computer-vision pipelines inside them, and the support behind them.

Our first product line is Shoot House, a laser dry-fire training system: an Android app that scores live strings against printed targets using the phone’s camera, and a free desktop hub that links phones together into scored, timed multi-room courses.

What we believe

Software should work where you use it

Our tools are built offline-first. A training app that needs a server in someone else’s building is a training app that stops working — so everything runs on your own hardware, over your own network.

Privacy is a feature you build, not a policy you write

No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no telemetry. Our apps do not phone home, and there is no Fitz Systems server in the loop — a promise our privacy policy can make in one page because the architecture makes it true.

Ordinary hardware, pushed hard

The interesting problems are in making a phone camera detect a millisecond laser flash, score it against a paper target, and do it reliably in a garage — not in requiring specialised sensors.
